Beach camping in the Bahamas
Twister Adventure's Beach Camping Overnight is a night on a private beach near Nassau. It runs overnight, 6 pm to 7 am. The boat takes your group out at sunset. The captain fires up the grill for burgers and hot dogs, there are drinks and beach games, and the night ends around a bonfire. Tents, air beds and sleeping bags are set up for you. It costs $3,100 for the boat, for up to 6 guests.
From sunset to sunrise
You leave the dock as the sun goes down and come back after it comes up. In between, the beach is your group’s for the night: music, games on the sand and the sea a few steps away.
The grill and the fire
The grill goes on for burgers and hot dogs, with drinks to go with them. Later the bonfire is lit and everyone gathers round it.
Where you sleep
Tents, air beds and sleeping bags are set up on the beach. Bring a change of clothes, a towel, a warm layer for the night and anything else you need to sleep.
Who it suits
Birthdays, team trips and nights out with friends. Kids can come with an adult. Infants under two cannot join.
The price
$3,100 for the whole boat and the camp, for up to 6 guests. Bigger group? +$130 per extra guest, up to 10, the captain confirms.
