How a booking with Twister Adventure works. Nothing is paid on this website: you send a date request and the captain confirms on WhatsApp.

Deposit and cancelling

• A deposit of half the charter secures the date once the captain confirms; he tells you how to pay it on WhatsApp.
• If you cancel, the deposit isn't refunded.
• If the captain cancels for weather, you get a full refund or a new date.

On the day

• Follow the captain's and the crew's safety instructions.
• Under 18s come with an adult. Infants under two cannot join.
• Tell the captain about any medical condition or allergy when you book. He can decline a guest when an activity is not safe for them.
• No drugs before or during the trip. The captain can refuse or end a trip for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
• Meals are not included unless the trip says so.
• You look after your own belongings on board.
• The crew may take photos or videos for Twister Adventure. Tell the captain before you leave if you would rather not appear.
• These terms fall under Bahamian law.
